ABOUT ME...
Welcome to Waseley Wellbeing. I'm Michelle and I'm an Integrative Massage Practitioner, Reflexologist, Aromatherapist and Reiki Master. I love spending time with family, being out in nature, being on the beach collecting pebbles or in the woods looking for fungus, pilates, yoga, reading, relaxing, eating, learning about and receiving therapies...I especially love deep tissue massages, reflexology, holistic facials and acupuncture.

I believe in the benefits of receiving therapies and my passion is to provide the safest and highest quality treatments to everyone. Waseley Wellbeing was established in 2019, but my love and interest in holistic therapies, health and well-being began back in the early 2000's. I have personally experienced how therapies can compliment conventional medicine, to support healing and to ease symptoms of physical and mental health conditions.

Integrative therapies promote wellness, well-being and healing, this is why I decided to make professional therapies more available and accesible within the local area.

I use the term integrative within my practice as I use a combination of massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and energy techniques pulled from my years of experience and training to create a truly unique experience designed specifically for you and where you are at in this moment.

ABOUT US...
I believe in working in an integrative and intuitive way, it is the essence of what I do. We will work alongside one another and consider all of the components that make you 'you.' The first consultation is thorough, it is important that we are aware of your medical history, your current emotional health and well-being, your reason for receiving treatments and how you wish to feel after your treatment. This is so that together we can tailor a treatment plan specifically for you. I believe that receiving therapies within a safe and trusting environment may bring great benefits to your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Your session will be designed to encourage a deep level of relaxation to bring balance and release tension . When illness, injuries or conditions arise, medical treatment typically is based around the individual condition alone. This can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected and fragmented. With this in mind, a holistic approach invites balance into your body, mind and emotions. I believe that balance and connection is truly essential for your body and mind to function well. Therapies can stimulate your natural resources to promote wellness and healing from within.
