Waseley Wellbeing respects your privacy and we will always store your details securely, in accordance with the laws relating to data protection. We will never sell your information to a third party or give your information to other organisations to use for marketing purposes. We will only share your information with others if required to do so by law.

We will keep information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Information") confidential. Except as expressly provided, any non-personal information or material given to Waseley Wellbeing will be deemed not to be confidential.

We receive and store securely any personally identifiable information (including name, email, contact number, address, any personal identifiable information) that you have provided to us through any correspondence that you have provided to us, either by email, website contact form, post or phone. Waseley Wellbeing uses Fresha software for scheduling, appointments and for storing client files. When booking an appointment with Waseley Wellbeing you agree that you are happy to receive communication from Fresha via Waseley Wellbeing. Please note that your data is stored securely on Fresha in accordance to GDPR and will not be sold on to any third parties.

The Waseley Wellbeing website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix.com stores data on secure servers behind a firewall. If you do not want to submit your personal data onto the website, please contact us directly by phone, email, text message - all of the direct contact details are in the top right corner of our website pages.

When you complete the 'Contact' form on our website, you are hereby agreeing to Waseley Wellbeing contacting you using the details you have provided to us. Your details on the contact form will only ever be used for this purpose. If you make a consultation or treatment appointment, we will use your contact details to confirm agreements that we have made with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone or text message either directly or via Fresha.
Once you have completed your consultation, we will ask you to opt in to receive updates, offers and service changes to Waseley Wellbeing. If you do not wish to be contacted you do not need to take action. If you are happy to receive marketing messages from Waseley Wellbeing you will need to state this in the relevant section on your consultation form. Your information will only be used for this purpose and it will be stored securely both physically and electronically via Fresha. We will not share your data with third parties, other than for requirements that are dictated by law.

Waseley Wellbeing uses Fresha booking software to schedule appointments and to store client files. When you book an appointment with Waseley Wellbeing, you are entering into a contract with Waseley Wellbeing and therefore you consenti to your personal data to be shared onto the Fresha booking software. When you choose to book a treatment with Waseley Wellbeing, you will receive a full consultation. Your personal data will be collected confidentially, stored securely and it will not be shared or sold to third parties (please see exceptions below). Your consultation and any further information we obtain from you, will be placed together in your client file, you are able to access your personal file upon request.

We will only collect relevant personal data for our own use (Waseley Wellbeing consultation processes) It is our duty of care and responsibility to ensure that we have up to date and appropriate information related to you, your health and lifestyle. We will update your records each time you book an appointment with us.

Client consultation forms, continuation consultation forms, Covid-19 consultation forms, client records and all documents within your client file are stored securely.

Your data may be shared with your consent to your GP or healthcare professional in order to obtain consent or guidance regarding medical conditions, any correspondence received by Waseley Wellbeing will be stored securely and will be treated confidentially..

It is a legal requirement for us to share your data with NHS Test and Trace for the reduction of risk and Covid-19 procedures.

We will only share your data without consent as a requirement by law.

Your data will only be used for the specified purpose of collection.

Your data will be securely stored by Waseley Wellbeing and will be disposed of correctly after 7 years.
